and support the young, the elderly, the poor and all others that we encounter in our
journey.”
In 2005 we will initiate small groups for social activities to meet monthly at times of their choosing. Just as Christ reached out to others in small groups around meals, we hope that friendships fostered in these small groups will further enhance the lives of our members. We offer a mentor for our newcomers to be available to answer questions about our church, our services, our traditions and our goals. We hold quarterly potluck dinners and offer church-wide socials to ever remind us that we are a family in Christ. Each time two or more are gathered in His name, He will be there also. |
