We offer several opportunities for small group fellowship. Some groups meet weekly, others monthly.
All offer opportunities for Bible study, fellowship and mutual accountability.
WEEKLY:
A day group meets at our sister congregation (Rouzie's Chapel UMC, 21089 Green Bay Road, Beaverdam) on Wednesday mornings 10:00-11:15am. Currently this group is studying the novel, The Shack.
The Wood Ministry which offers free firewood to those in need October through March cut and split wood together on Wednesday mornings at Rouzie's Chapel (21089 Green Bay Road, Beaverdam)from 9am-Noon followed by lunch.
SEMI-MONTHLY:
An evening group meets at Beaverdam UMC in the front sanctuary classroom on every other Mondays from 7:30-8:45pm. This group is taking off the summer months of June, July and August. It will resume in September.
MONTHLY:
The Green Bay Snackers meet monthly on the 3rd Thursday from 7:00-8:00pm in houses along Green Bay Road. They are currently studying the Gospel of Matthew (and sharing refreshments together!) For info on the location of the next meeting, please call Martha Flint 804-449-6480.
The Small Groups' open discussion format allows us to learn from one another.
All groups are co-ed and open to all ages.
